How to create a Status Reason

Navigate to the Obzervr Manager Home page. Scroll down and click "Configuration". You will need Configuration Admin permission.

Scroll down to the bottom of the Configuration page and click "Status Reasons"

Click "Create"

Click the "Reason Code" field. Give your Reason Code a Name.

Select whether you want this Status Reason to show on Cancel, On Hold or Both.

Click to Save.

To edit your Status Reason, click on the pencil icon on the right hand side of your Status Reason.

To add a mandatory Comment to your Status Reason, select the "Yes" option.

You will be prompted to enter the maximum number of characters that should be allowed in a Comment.
