    How to create a Template Group & add Templates + Security Groups to it

    Open the Obzervr Manager Home page.
    Click "Template Groups" from the menu.
    A new tab will open. Click "CREATE" on the right hand side of the screen to create a new Template Group.
    Give your Template Group a Name, Identifier and Description. Click the tick to create the Template Group.
    Once you've created the Template Group, click "ADD" to add Work and/or Fragment Templates to the Template Group.
    Search for the Template Name and select a name. Check that you select the Published version. A Work Template is represented by the form symbol, whilst a Group Fragment has the folder symbol. The image below represents a Work Template being selected.
    Whilst the below image shows a Fragment Template being selected.
    Click the tick to save your selected Templates to the Template Group.
    To remove the Template that you've added to the Template Group, select the three dots on the right hand side.
    An overflow menu will open and you can select to "Remove".
    Next, you will need to add the Security Group access to the Template Group.
    Click the toggle on the right hand side of the Access Controlled panel to restrict access of the templates to the Security Groups.
    Click here.
    Click "ADD" to add Security Groups to your Template Group.
    Click this field and type the name of the Security Group you would like to add to the Template Group. If you don't know what Security Groups are, you might like to stop here and go create a Security Group before proceeding further.
    Select a Security Group from the list. If the Security Group does not appear in the list that you're expecting, you might need to check that the Security Group is active by checking the Security Groups list or you might need to create a new Security Group.
    Click the tick to add the Security Group access to the Template Group. That's the last step to creating a Template Group!
