    How to create a Zoom meeting link

    Open your Zoom desktop app

    To create and invite people to an instant Zoom meeting

    Click "New meeting"

    Hover over the bottom of your screen to reveal the bottom menu and click the up arrow next to "Participants"

    Click "Copy invite link"

    Paste the link to an email or message to invite people to the ongoing meeting

    Alternatively, click "Participants" at the bottom of the screen

    Click "Invite" at the bottom of the new Participants window

    3 options are available

    **Option 1**: Click "Copy Invite Link" at the bottom right of the window

    **Option 2**: click "Copy Invitation" at the bottom for the full invitation

    Paste into an email or message to invite people to the ongoing meeting

    **Option 3**: Click "Email" at the top right

    You will be redirected to your browser

    Enter the email addresses of the persons you want to invite

    Click "Send"

    Click "Close" to close the Invite window

    Click "Close" to close the Participants window

    To schedule a Zoom meeting
