Go to the contact record that you want to add a new company to

Enter the company domain name of the company name. You must enter at least one of the two to create a company

Fill in any additional info that you can on the company create form.

Click "Create"
Associate existing contacts
Alert! It is critical that you associate contacts and companies. This allows for effective segmentation and reporting, and will prevent issues in short and long-term.

From the new company record, click "+ Add"

Click "Add existing" and search for the contact by email or name

Select the right contact

Click "Next"

Associate deals

From the company record, click "+ Add"

If you're creating a new deal, follow the prompts in the "Create new" tab. If you're associating an existing deal, click "Add existing"
Populate essential company properties on the left side bar

Edit company properties to make sure that company data is up to date and recorded
