How to create a form in Airtable

Open the table that you want to use to create your form.

Click "Form" to create a form view of your table.

Add additional fields to your form by clicking "add a field to this table".

Add a title to your new field.

Select the correct field type. In this case, the desired field is 'checkbox'.

Click "Save"

When you've added all of the fields and you're happy with your form, click "Open form" to view your form in a new tab.

Test out your form by filling in the fields. When you're done, click "submit".
