How to create a group?

As administrator, click on "Settings"

Then click on "Groups"

Click "Create a group"

Enter a group name - For example, HR and select the Location to which the group is bound.

Confirm the input information by clicking "Continue"

Select the users who will be part of the group.

Click "Continue" for the next step.

If you use shared cars - select the cars you want to assign to the group.

Click "Continue" for the next step.

If you use shared parking spots - select the parking lots you want to assign to the group.

If you use shared desks - select the workplaces you want to assign to the group.

Click "Continue" for the next step.

On the last step, you will see a summary of the group you created. To confirm the creation of the group, click on the button. "Create group".
