Complete the "Campaign details" and "Campaign admins" steps and click "Next"

You are now in the Budgets steps - let's begin!

To rename your budget and choose the compensation items, click "Edit budget details"

If you only want admins to be able to allocate this budget, check the "Admin-restricted budget" box

Select the Compensation Items covered by the budget

Budget used for annual performance bonuses

Click "Edit budget eligibility" to select eligible employees

Back to your budget parameters, click "Edit budget definition" to set the amount of the budget to allocate

Choose between our Quick Budget Estimation option or Upload your own budget spreadsheet

If you select the Quick Budget Estimation, set the percentage of your salary mass you want to allocate to this budget

Then choose between a proportional distribution among your employees or a targeted allocation based on specific criteria

Each reviewer’s budget is calculated as this percentage of their team's salary mass, matching the total salary mass percentage you've entered.
