      1
At the top of the Asset Panel there is the dropdown list of available Scenarios. To the right of the list is the Scenario Properties icon. Select this Icon to open the properties pop-up dialogue.
      2
Select the Add button on the bottom left of the Scenario Management dialogue.
      3
Select the text box for the Scenario Name.
      4
Input the name of the new Scenario. This example uses 2023.
      5
The default date is the first of the month when the Scenario is created. Use the ellipse to the right of the date to pop-up the calendar tool for selecting the date. The date can also be typed in the date text box.
      6
This example is using the left single chevron to advance the calendar on month at a time. The dual chevron on the right will advance the calendar one year at a time. The chevrons on the left will move the calendar back either monthly or yearly.
      7
The calendar was moved forward to January 2023 and Sunday the first of January was selected. Move to the desired month and select the proper day.
      8
Select the processing method for this Scenario. Exact means the conversion of production rates to volumes uses the exact calendar days for each month. Average means the conversion is done using an average month, e.g. each month is 1/12 of a year. The different methods will result in slightly different production values especially noticed in Feb of a leap year.
      9
For this example the exact method was selected.
      10
Select the Create button on the bottom of the Scenario Management. If you want to abort the process, click the Cancel button.
      11
      The Scenario has been created.
      12
Select the Save button on the bottom right to save the Scenario change and close the dialogue. There is also a Cancel button.
      13
The Scenario has been created and it is the active Scenario. You are ready to input the declines, curve fit declines or duplicate declines from other Scenarios.
