      Tip! Create a new deal from a contact or company record to automatically have contacts and companies associated to the new deal!

      From a contact record, click "+ Add" in the Deals section on the right hand side

      Tip! Fields with an asterisk (*) are required to create a new deal

      Select the "Case Pipeline"
      Select the "Case Pipeline"

      Give the deal an estimated close date. This will be used in forecast reports.

      Specify additional deal properties if you know the info for them

      When you've filled out all the info, click "Create" to create the deal

      Now see if you can fill out additional deal info on the left side of the deal record.

      Click "Tasks" to create tasks for yourself or others for this new deal

      To add notes to the deal, click "Notes" and create a new note
