How to create a new team in Teams at Maastricht University?

Open the Teams applications and click on "MyHub".

You can either click on "Start a request" or "New Request".

Click "UM_Create_Student Team.

Select your faculty.

Create a team name and description.

You need to add a second owner for your team. You can search for the name in the search box.

Now you can add the other Team members.
You can also do this at a later stage.

Click Submit to create your new team.

Go to the Teams page to see your new Team.

By clicking on the three dots you can:
- Manage the team
- Add a member
- Add a channel
- Create a link so that others can access the team
- Leave the team
- Delete the team

If you create a channel, these channels can be found on your team page.
A channel is a place within a team to share messages, tools, and files. It is also possible to create private channels within a team.

When you click "Manage team" (after clicking the three dots) you have several options to manage the team.
Here you can accept pending requests and change additional settings.
