Click "Salesflows"

Click "Salesflow"

Adding emails to your Salesflow

Click "Salesflow Name" and add the name.

If you would like you can click "Add/Remove Tag" to categorize your salesflow.

Click "Save and Add a Step"

Click "Select a specific time block (your time zone)"
(This is where you select what time the email should be sent out at)

Click "When a call is logged with the result of" and make your selection.
Click "When a call is logged with the sentiment of" and make your selection.

Click here to show what days from the week your emails should go out.

Click "Next"

Click the "Enter Template Name" field.
Click "New Template"
Alert! If you have already created a template don't click "New Template" instead look for your email template and click on that.

Click the "Type Subject" field and add your title.

Click here and add the content to your email.

Once you are happy with your email click "Preview." And you can also click "Send Email to Yourself" to see how your prospect will receive the the email.
