First, select your employee.

Click Goto.

Click "Schedules"

Click on calendar box.

Click "Current Schedule Period"

Right-click "Empty Profile"

Click "Schedule Pattern"

Click "Add Pattern". If the employee does not already have a schedule, add in the schedule for their first week, then click add pattern once it's saved.

Enter the necessary shifts.

Click "Apply"

Click "OK"

Click save.
