    How to create a team site

    Log into your SharePoint account
    On the home page, click "Create site"
    Choose the type of site - Team site or Communication site.
    Add a name and description for your team site
    Click "Next"
    Click "Add members" to add your team members to this site
    Click "Finish"
    Once your site is created a pop up will appear asking you to choose a site template. Click "Browse templates"
    Select a site template
    Click "Use template"
    Your new team site is ready!

    How to create a communication site

    Click "Create site"
    Select "Communication Site"
    Add a name and description for your communication site
    Click "Finish"
    Click "Browse templates"
    Choose a template for your communication site
    Click "Use template"
