Create a new scenario in Make

Click the + button to add a trigger. Search for and select "Copilot"

Click "Watch Completed Forms"

Click "Add" or "Create a webhook"

Name your webhook in Make and then select the connection you want from the dropdown

Open the Form ID dropdown

Select the form you want to use for this trigger

In a new tab go to the Copilot Dashboard

Label the webhook and paste the webhook URL from Make into the Endpoint URL field.
