Head to your admin menu located at the right top of your screen.

Here you will find a list of the default templates already available for you. If you wish to customize/edit any of them, you can do so, by clicking on the pencil icon.

If you want to create a new template, just click on "Create Dynamic Form"

Our form builder allows you to drag any component on the right and drag it to the blank template on the left. Helping you create the template you need.

Once you have added all components to your blank template, you are now able to name your new template and click on each component to label them as needed.

Once a new template is created, it would be automatically available as part of your entry templates in all your client case files.

That's it! you can now select the template you need and start recording care.
