On "Users" in the menu.

Click the vertical ellipsis "⋮" on the right side of the user you want to deactivate.

Click "Deactivate"

Click "Deactivate"

At this stage, you can still "Reactivate" the user.

Click "Reactivate"

To delete the user - you continue when the user is "Deactivated".

Click the vertical ellipsis.

Click "Delete"

Click "Delete"

Now the user and all their data are deleted.
