Start by navigating to your Google Drive. To find video files, you can click on the Type drop-down.

Select Videos from the list of options.

Any videos you have in Google Drive will show up here. Click the three dots in the upper right of the file.

Click "Download"

If the file is too large, Google will warn you that it cannot scan it for viruses. Click "Download Anyway"
