    1
    Navigate to [https://resprop.myresman.com/#/BoardRoom](https://resprop.myresman.com/#/BoardRoom)
    2
    Click "Tools"
    3
    Click "Form Letters"
    4
Under Lease Violation - TX/FL/SC, click on any of the violations you would like to issue to one of your residents. In this case, we will issue a notice for "Animal Disturbance".
    5
Do not adjust any settings under the "Run Form Letter" section.
    6
Unselect "Main contacts only" field as we would like all Leaseholders listed on the notice.
    7
Under Unit > click "Select options" to select the unit/s you would like to issue the notice.
    8
    Click "Get Recipients"
    9
After you click Get Recipients **on the right side of your screen you will see the Unit and Residents Name**. This list will give you an overview of who you generate a notice for.
    10
After you review the recipients, scroll to the bottom under "Custom Fields" and list the Description of the Violation (what actually happened). Remember we want to list as much details as possible as this will help if we would need to send the case to a legal action. Example: You are in violation of your Lease Contract, Paragraph 11 - It was brought to our attention that your pet from apartment A101 was outside on the patio aggressively barking through the whole day on Oct. 23, 2023 while your residents/neighbors walked by.
    11
Click "Print". Resman will generate the notices in a Word Document > Open the Word Document, review your notice, and "Print".
    12
Sign and Certify how the notice will be delivered to the resident. Upload a copy of the Signed notice to the resident's Documents in Resman.
