If you do not have ANY branches DO NOT ADD ANY branches, simply use the DEFAULT Branch. You can Click "Create New Branch" to add an additional Branch IF APPLICABLE.

To edit an existing branch, click the "edit" icon. All TPO Brokers will have their Default branch entered.

Click "NMLS Id" to edit the NMLS for that branch

On the left side of the screen you can edit and/or enter the Address of the branch.

Click the "Licenses" tab to manage the NMLS licenses for that branch.

If you wish to enforce branch licensing , you can turn on the toggle button.

Click "Add License" to add a license to the branch.

Enter the "From Date" of the license. This is the date the license was received in NMLS.

Enter the "Expiration Date" of the license. This date should be entered through the end of the current year.
