How to edit the Timeline widget

The timeline widget is a custom widget used on the History page of the website that dynamically populates from the Timelines custom post type (CPT). All edits should be done from the WP dashboard, in the Timelines CPT. The timeline content cannot be edited from the Elementor editor.

From the WP dashboard, click into the "Timelines" CPT

Click "Edit"

The timeline is broken into decades...

Within each decade, specific dates can be documented with a date, title, image, and description

Decade sections can be collapsed using the right arrow for a compact view
