    VISIBILITY - Change Privacy Settings of LinkedIn Profile View

    Click "Edit public profile & URL"
    Click "On" to make your Profile Public and customize it further if you would like it to be specified.

    URL - Customize LinkedIn URL

    This is how people will be able to search for you on LinkedIn. For example, if you have a conversation with someone, you can let them know, "Hey, feel free to look me up on LinkedIn, I go by 'I am Amanda Torres' ".
    Click this icon.
    Click the "Vanity URL name" field.
    Click "Save"
    Click "Edit contents"

    ABOUT - Add a Personal Summary

    Explain your mission on LinkedIn by breaking into 3 sections - 1. About Me? 2. Why Title of your Role (i.e. Sales)? 3. Connect and Chat? (This is your call to action)
    Click this icon.
    Click the "Description" field.
    Click "Save"

    FEATURED - Add Shiny New Sections to Your Profile

    LinkedIn lets you add several sections to give your profile more visual appeal and depth. You can add sections for posts, volunteering, languages, honors and awards, patents, causes you care about, and many more. All of these sections open you up to more opportunities to make new connections.
    Tip! LinkedIn posts offer another way to grow your influence, gain more visibility, and acquire new followers. Help your LinkedIn profile pop by adding documents, photos, videos, and presentations. Always think about the audience you want to reach. Highlight your expertise and interests by posting awesome content. Just make sure your posts are appropriate for the 400 million business professionals who use LinkedIn.
