Navigate to your HubSpot account.

Click on the settings icon in the main navigation bar.

Click "Privacy & Consent".

Toggle "Enable GDPR tools" on.

Click "Yes, enable GDPR tools".

You should now see "Enable GDPR tools" toggled on.
As simple as that! All GDPR-compliant features are available and defaulted in your HubSpot account.
