      Click panel of Study

      Right Click menu to choose New Study

      Type "NewStudy"

      Change Start into 2023

      Change End into 2100

      Click "OK"

      Choose the active scenario which will be the production forecasts by economic evaluation.

      Choose the active scenario however the NewStudy only has the DEFAULT Scenario

      Click "Asset Options" form tab from Formset: United States

      The Start and End dates set during the Study creation should populate the Data Start Year and the Data End Year. If there isn't date for Data Start Year or Data End Year, the user must be entered the proper dates for both of them. These are used to define the digital steams.

      The Production Start Date must be entered under the scenario of DEFAULT if the DEFAULT scenario doesn't have a predefined As Of Date. When input the Production Start Date will be the As Of Date of DEFAULT scenario.

      Type "2023 [[enter]]" for the Production Start Date

      The Production Start Date is set to January 1, 2023. The production As Of Date is a duplication of this input.

      Discount Date is defining the point in time that the discounting of the cash flow references

      The Discount Rate needs to have an entry otherwise the USModel will use the default rate of 0% when running this economic model

      The calculation method needs to chosen for an economic evaluation. The USModel will use the continuous method as a default. Click the ellipse to display the Selection Dialogue.
