Make sure you are logged in to your Instagram account! There should be no difference between this process on different deviceshttps://www.instagram.com/
Click the "More" link on your computer or find the settings button on your mobile phone, usually at the top of your profile.

Click the "Add keywords separated by commas" field.

Type "promote it on" or "Promote it @"
Click "Submit"

When you click "Submit", you will never see those comments on your profile again, and you will never have to deal with them
