    How to filter out Resolved Feedback

    Find your "Resolution Status" column in the Feedback Management list. Click on the funnel icon to filter the Resolution Status column.
    Unselect "Resolved" from the Resolution Status. This will mean the Resolution Status will just show Unresolved Feedback.
    Click "OK"
    Now, only Unresolved Feedback will show in your Feedback list.
