How to generate report to capture who completed their OE window

Go to BA and then hover over Reports and click on Report Center

Click in the search bar and type "employees in open enrollment [[enter]]"

Click the "Employees in Open Enrollment - Enrollment Complete" report

Change the "Start Date" drop down from "Rolling Date" to "Fixed Date"

For the date box field, change this to the last day of the OE window. For example, if your OE window is from 8/28/23 - 9/11/2023, then this will be updated to 9/11/2023.

Change the Output Type to Excel

Click "Run" to start producing the report

Click "Enable Editing"

Column E and Column D will reflect the names of individuals who completed their OE.
