    Navigate to [https://leiworldwide.com/](https://leiworldwide.com/)
    Go to the Register New LEI page here; [https://leiworldwide.com/lei/new](https://leiworldwide.com/lei/new)
    Choose United States from the jurisdiction drown down menu.
    When prompted enter the State where this entity is registered. Enter the company or legal entity name then click 'SEARCH'.
    Our system will locate your company from the US-DE registry and present it to you. When you find your company click 'SELECT'. If your company cannot be found, please click MANUAL ENTRY and manually submit your company details.
    Next, you will be asked for additional information on the legal entity. This will include your name as applicant, and the name of the authorised signatory.
    Click the "First Name of Authorised Signatory" field. Enter the name of the Authorised signatory if this is different to your own name.
    Type " [[CapsLock]] Directors surname"
    Click "I hereby accept the Terms & Conditions of LEI-Worldwide & give permission to apply for an LEI."
    Click "CONFIRM & CONTINUE"
    Next, you will be asked for the billing details to be associated with this purchase. This is requested as many people choose to purchase an LEI on behalf of their clients, and may with to bill their own company, or their clients company for this directly.
    Click the "VAT ID Number" field. Enter the VAT number if required.
    Next, enter your card details and complete payment. Your LEI application will then be submitted and provided to you via email once the necessary verification steps are complete.
