    How to go from superscript to normal in Google Docs

    To get started, highlight the portion of text you want to superscript. In this case, we are selecting the 2.
    Click "Format" to access the text formatting options.
    Click Text, and locate the Superscript option from the drop-down menu.
    Click Superscript and your highlighted text will be altered.
    Voila! That is all there is to it. But if you want an even quicker way, you can use a keyboard shortcut.
    Press [[cmd]] + [[. ]]and it will do the same thing as navigating through the menus and selecting Superscript. Just use the shortcut again to alternate between Superscript and normal
