After locating and selecting the desired file, select the OK button. Note: The installation creates a [user]\OGRE folder which is a good place to store exported files.

You will be returned to the Transfer In Asset - File Selection dialogue. Select the Next button.

On the Transfer in Asset - Asset Placement dialogue File View, select the Study asset. The Study asset has the green oil drop icon.

If the Study under the Database View is rootReportStudy, you can skip this step. If not, select the downward pointing triangle to expose the drop-down list of all Studies including the rootReportStudy.

When import an ODA file, the user has the option to Create a new Study and import Assets into that Study. However this example is importing the Study as it is in the ODA file. No creation of a new study required.

This is the dialogue for creating a new Study. For this example we don't need this step. This is for system exposure.

For this example you can ignore this step, An imported ODA could have multiple Scenarios. When merging Studies it is often desired to maintain Scenario individuality. The Scenario Mapping is the wat to keep all existing Scenarios intact.

This step is also for additional exposure to R3. The example Study has three Scenario which we could import with names assigned by the user or to let R3 Automap assign nonconflicting names.

Select the Finish button to begin the importation of the Study and its Assets.

If you are ready to import the data, select the Yes button.

The transfer dialog will be update with information about the Assets being imported. Upon finishing the import the Close button will be active. Select the Close button to exit the import process.
