How to import marks from PDF Marks to eFundi

Open your PDF marker and click on the 2nd icon 'Assignments'

You will see all the assignments that you have uploaded and must navigate to the one you want to finalize and import marks to eFundi

After you have selected the working folder, you will see the assignments that you have marked. To be able to Finalise and export the marks, you click 'Finalise and export Assignment' your top far right.

When you are sure and ready, click 'Yes'

Locate where you want to save your export.

You should get a note that the file is saved in your File Explorer.

Log into your efundi, click on your module and click 'Assignments' on the left. You should see all the assignments you have created in your module.

Locate the assignment that you were marking using PDF Marker. On that particular assignment, click on 'Grade'

The assignment will open and you will see the students and their submissions. Click on 'Upload All'

Click on browse and choose the Zipped folder that you downloaded/export from PDF Marker.

You have to select the elements in the archive file to upload. Select the options as shown on the screen.

You can choose to release the marks to students by selecting the release option.

When you are done, click on 'Upload'

The marks should apper under the 'Grade' Column and the status has changed to 'Graded'
