    This guide will show you how to insert a single row or multiple rows into a Google Sheet.
    Navigate to your Google Sheet.
    Click here.
    Click on the row number to highlight the whole row.
    Click "Insert 1 row above" to add a single row.
    To add multiple rows at once, click the row number
    Scroll down to the number of rows you want to add and click on that row number. For example, if you're starting at Row 7 and want to add 44 rows, scroll down to row 50.
    Click on that row number. Google Sheets will highlight all the rows in between those two numbers
    Click "Insert X rows above".
    Google sheets will automatically add in new rows.
