In a MS Teams Meeting, click "Stop recording" when you want to complete/end  the recording of the meeting. 

As the organizer of the meeting, once you have selected "Stop" your recorded meeting will be automatically sent to your OneDrive in Microsoft 365.

To access the recorded meeting, log into Microsoft 365.

Sign into Microsoft 365 using your Humber Credentials. Example: username@humber.ca.

Once you have logged into your Microsoft 365 account, access the App Launcher.

Under 'My Files", is where you will locate your "Recordings" folder.

Select the "Recordings". Under recordings, is where you will find your MS Teams Meeting video.

Select the MS Teams Meeting video.  The MS Teams Meeting video will open automatically in MS Streams and below the video you will find the expiration date.

You can remove the expiration date or change it to your desire date. If you select to change to a desire date, please note that the video will be deleted after the date selected.

You can "Share and Download" the video, if required.
