How to look up Medicaid & Medicare Eligibility in Spark Quote and Enroll

Navigate to [https://platform.sparkadvisors.com/](https://platform.sparkadvisors.com/)

Click on "Contacts"

Click on the Client you would like to lookup.

Click "Quote & enroll"

Click "Launch SunFire"

Click the contact icon.

Click "To get started I would like to get your Zip code, Medicare Number & DOB. I will use this information to look up your current situation & any med..."

Click "Yes"

Zip code, Medicare number, and DOB should be complete, then click "Lookup"

Medicaid eligibility and LIS levels will be highlighted in green text.

Click "View Plans"

Enter MBI or SSN to lookup the contacts Medicaid Eligibility

For states that have medicaid lookup the medicaid provider filters and SEP eligibility will auto-populate in the plant listings below. To see a list of participating states click [HERE](https://sparkhelpcenter.super.site/determine-medicaid-eligibility#block-b30b8b7e466d4b3ea951f51be3fdc24c).

For all other states, select the medicaid provider in the dropdown to filter the plan list that your client is eligible for.
