All newly created actions are by default 'Inactive' so that they are not accidentally sent.

Here's how you mark them active.

Go in to your sequence and click on the action that you would like to activate.

Click "Edit this action"

Click "Settings"

Toggle the Active button on.

Edit the starting time of the sending.

Edit the delay between each sending.

Click "Save changes"
