The Team Directory is a new modal that allows any end users to see what other teams are in the deployment, so they can join (or ask to join, if a team is closed) the teams that make sense to be in. This Scribe shows you do that.

Within "My Teams" you'll see all the Teams you belong to. Your Active team will be checked.

Click the team name and select "Set as Active" to switch teams.
Review Teammate Profiles

Click on a teammate's profile to see more details.

Review their stats and guides they've created.

You can also check out any guides they've Favorited.

Click "Other Teams" to see other teams within your organization.

Select a team and click "Join Team" to join the team and create/view content there.

If a team is "Closed", click "Request to Join". A team admin will approve your request before you can join.
