      Select an Asset. It is possible to select more than one asset which creates different Excel sheets for each of the Assets.

      Select the Report icon, the Tools menu Report option or the F11 Report shortcut.

      Expand the US folder on the Available Reports.

      Select the BFIT_Portrait report template.

      During the verification of the parameters on the dialogue, expand the drop-down list for the Output Format.

      Select the XLSX format for generating an Excel file.

      Having the Open Report After Creation is the user's prerogative. The file will be saved in the designated Output Directory.

      Select the Generate button.

      The Report Generation dialogue will appear and after completion the OK button will be available to close the dialogue. The file name is presented in the processing text. The report generation completion message does appear in the dialogue text before the file is viewed if that option has been selected.

      The Excel file will open in the default viewer. Once again, if that option was checked. The .xlsx file will be save in the designated output folder. whether or not the file is viewed.

      Tip! As noted earlier if multiple Assets are selected they will be written to individual sheets in the Excel file.
