How to perform a restock on the Ilara HMIS

Open the Admin Panel

Navigate to the Inventory module

Locate your item from the list and click on the 3 dots to open list of actionable items. For quick access, use the search field to locate your item or sort the list with stock levels.

Click "Restock"

Click "Auto Generate" to have the system assign a unique batch or enter actual the batch number in the provided field

Pick the batch expiry date from the calendar

Enter the quantities to restock

Click "Add items" to save the operation or dismiss to cancel the process
