Go to [PackageFromSanta.com](http://PackageFromSanta.com) and click on "Member Login" in the upper right corner. On mobile

Login with your email address and password and click the blue "Login".
Note: Can't remember your password? Simply click 'Forgot your username or password?'

It will open in "Orders" Tab, so click on "Calls" tab or "Santa Call" below. Here is what it will look like on desktop.

Click into the gray box to get started.

Here you will have a choice to use our Free Mobile App or our online scheduler. If you will NOT be with the child, you will want to use the Online Scheduler.

Personalized information you will need in order to schedule the call :
Child's First name for pronunciation (try different spellings). If not available, there is a list of nicknames. You will then enter the child's name, with the correct spelling, below the pronunciation field.
Child's Last name
Child's Gender
Country
If USA: State
Birthday (not required)
State or Country
Date and Time child will be available
