    Navigate to [https://dst.myavionte.com/app/#/dashboard/](https://dst.myavionte.com/app/#/dashboard/)

    Click on the search bar, and type the company name you're looking for. Click the company from the results

    Click "Jobs"

    Click on the job you want to post

    Find the Job Posting Status and Options widget Click the + symbol

    Add the job description in the text box

    Click the dropdown under Job Board and select SourceNow LI

    Click the dropdown under Workflow. Select retail temp

    Click "Post Job"

    IF APPLICABLE : Toggle the button next to upload resume so candidates are NOT required to upload a resume when applying

    Toggle the button next to apply through Indeed to turn that option off

    Alert! If candidates are allowed to apply through Indeed their email will be encrypted when the Avionte profile is created. THIS WILL PREVENT US FROM HAVING THE ACCURATE EMAIL FOR A CANDIDATE
