How to provide feedback/report a bug inside a process

Navigate to the workspace screen and click the process you would like to provide feedback/report a bug from.

Click the "Get Help" button.

Click "Contact Support".

Click the "Title" field and add a title to your feedback/bug report.

Click the "Description" field and add a description to your feedback/bug report.

You can drag the Description window from the bottom right to make it larger and easier to use.

(Optional) The "Attach usage logs" option is selected by default. When selected, this option will send the Skore team your usage logs for debugging purposes. This does not contain any personal data.

(Optional) You can choose to add an attachment by clicking the "Attachment" field.

(Optional) Click "Show logs" to view the usage log.

You can click the clipboard icon to copy the usage log. Click the X icon to exit the usage log viewer.

You can return to the "Contact Support" window by clicking "Contact Support".

Click "Save" to send your feedback/bug report to Skore. You will receive an email acknowledging that we have received your feedback/bug report.
