Please ensure an LO is assigned to the file prior to pulling any action. You can do this in the overview &gt; assignments section.

Make sure SSN(s) are complete and accurate for any and all borrowers whose credit will be pulled.

Navigate to loan application section to check current address data.

Ensure all fields for all borrowers' addresses are complete.

Check applicant type is set to borrower. The applicant type must be set to borrower in order to process credit successfully.

Click "Actions" as you are now ready to pull credit.

Notice this section is broken up into two parts. The top part, is where you would check to make sure your credit vendor is chosen, the source of credentials, request type, which borrowers report is to be run, and which bureaus are to be included.

The second part (Credit Card Information) is only to be used if you do not have a CC setup within the credit vendor's portal OR you are charging the borrower's CC for the credit report. Please check with your credit vendor if they support charging of the borrower's CC.

Once you have this section set you can hit send request in the top right of the screen.

Click "View" to see the credit report log.

Use the drop down arrow to see more information and retrieve the credit report.

Click the blue link to access the credit report PDF.
