How to purchase a tender

Click "Open tenders"

Select your tender and Click "View"

Click the BUY NOW button on the tender page.

You need to be logged in to purchase a tender

Enter your login details and click the login button.

Click the BUY NOW button.

On the confirmation page click the "Continue to next step" button.

If you aren't immediately redirected to our payment gateway at Payfast click the "Proceed to Payfast" button.

On the Payfast page select your payment method and follow the Payfast instructions.

The Checkout page includes download links for all the tender documents you purchased (listed under the License information heading)

You can also click on "My purchased tenders" in the dropdown menu under your username

All your purchased tenders are listed on the "My purchased tenders" page. Click "Tender documents and Information Sessions" to go back to the Checkout page and the list of downloadable tender documents. Click on "View tender and questions" to go to the tender page and the Questions and Answers interface.

FOR ONLINE TENDER SUBMISSIONS: Click "Submit bid" to view the online submission tenderbox. Do it as soon as possible to check all the requirements. You should start submitting your bid as early as possible. You can save and edit the tenderbox as often as you like before the submission deadline.
