How to quick-create new invoice for an individual student (from a family)

Sign in to your school portal account as an admin (or accountant).\

If signed in as accountant, you need to have been given the privilege of handling invoice creation/publishing.

Click "FINANCE"

Click "Fees / Bursary"

Click "Family Fees
(+Wallets & Accounts)"

Click "Family Fees"

Click "+ New Invoice" at the top-right and proceed to select the particular student in the family whom you want to raise the invoice for

Select the fees academic session and term and click "New On-Demand Invoice"

Enter a name/title for the new invoice

Optionally, enter a description for the new invoice

Click "Add Fee Item"
You can add fee items to the new invoice in two possible ways.
1. Select from preset fee items (already created payable fee items)
2. Add a new fee item

To add from preset fee items, click the "- Select Fee Item(s) to Add -" dropdown and select the item(s) you wish to add

To add a new fee item, click the "New Fee Item" button

Add/edit the names and amounts of the items accordingly

Optionally, you may turn-on the "Fee Item Discount Mode" to provide discount(s) on the added fee items

Optionally, you may click the icon pictured below to select the specific bank account of the school where each of the items should be channeled into

Optionally, you may utilize the other available controls to modify the new invoice as you may wish (e.g. part-payment setting, invoice-level destination bank setting, invoice breakdown and visibility settings, etc.)

When done, click the "Create Invoice for Student" button
