Please ensure an LO is assigned to the file prior to pulling any action. You can do this in the overview &gt; assignments section.

Make sure SSN(s) are complete and accurate for any and all borrowers whose credit will be pulled.

Navigate to loan application section to check current address data.

Ensure all fields for all borrowers' addresses are complete.

Check applicant type is set to borrower. The applicant type must be set to borrower in order to process credit successfully.

Click "Actions" as you are now ready to pull credit.

Click the Request Type drop down and choose re-issue. Some vendors support re-issue of soft pull and if you wish to re-issue a soft pull look for that option in the drop down menu.

Depending on the credit vendor your Identifier may pre-populate. If not locate the Identifier on the credit report and key in corresponding field.

Click Send Request to process the credit report re-issue.

Click "View" to see the credit report log.

Use the drop down arrow to see more information and retrieve the credit report.

Click the blue link to access the credit report PDF.
