Go to [https://quickbooks.intuit.com/](https://quickbooks.intuit.com/) and log in to your QuickBooks Online account.

Click "New"

Select "Bank deposit"

Record the Deposit details.

Select the income account.

Select PayPal on Payment method.

Record the amount you charged the customer.

Record the PayPal fees.
