How to refer planning clients

You can create referrals for individuals or couples.

Under "Referrals" tab, use the "Refer a client" button to create a new referral.

You will be asked to provide information about your client such as their email and province of residence. This is to allow us to present you with the offerings available for their jurisdiction and allow you to send them an invite directly if you select one of our self-serve plans.

When you have provided the required information, you can move along. If you stop the referral there, we will keep the information already provided so you can continue later on.

Select a solution. Based on the partnership agreement as well as the jurisdiction of your client, the solutions and prices presented might differ. We've created a tool to help you decide which solution is best for your client's situation.

Get matched to the best solution for your client.

If the solution recommended is one of our self-serve offerings, you can invite your client directly to start their journey. They won't be charged right away. They will be able to register, try the tool and then decide for themselves if that solution fits their need. If the solution recommended is a guided estate plan, you will be able to book a free consultation for your client with our team of experts.

Once the flow completed, your client will receive the invitation to join the platform or to attend the consultation. You can close this window.
