How to relaunch a Warm Welcome Space that was registered last year

Navigate to [https://www.warmwelcome.uk/login](https://www.warmwelcome.uk/login)

Enter your email and password from last year - you can reset your password if you can't remember

On the dashboard, scroll down to "Spaces from last year" and find the space you want to relaunch. Click Relaunch Space.

If you click "I'm ready to publish!" you can see which parts of your space need more info.

Click "Go back and edit" to add more information

Click "Edit" on any of the sections to check, update and add more information

Click Update to save your changes.

A common missing piece of info is adding a phone number for the space coordinator

If you want to check which sections are incomplete click "I'm ready to publish!"

Click "Go back and edit" to go and complete them

Last step before publishing - make sure you review your preferences for the campaign

Once you've reviewed your preferences, you can publish. Click "I agree that I will have a safeguarding policy in place before the space is open."

If necessary enter a date

To Publish your space on the map click "I'm happy to share my details, please make my Space live on the map"

Click "Go to space" to review your space details. Our map will go live at the end of October.

Click "Dashboard" to return to the dashboard and see the Warm Welcome Resources
