How to remove an employee's access from the Excel Connector+

All of the Excel Connector+ settings can be found under the REED tab.

Navigate to REED > Excel Connector+ and click on Excel Connector Access.

This is a list of all the accesses. Edit the one that you want to remove.

There are several ways to remove an access.

Option 1: Delete the access record. Hover over "Actions" and click "Delete." Note: If this user has generated any approval logs you will have to remove those logs to delete the record. This is not necessarily desirable. In this case one of the other two options.

Option 2: Remove the password and save the record.

Option 3: Inactivate the record.

Save the record.
