How to renew your ARID membership/add payment method information and how to view payment receipt.

Alert! **You should only need to do this once, after that your membership should automatically renew by itself unless you need to change your payment method/you manually cancelled your membership.**

Navigate to [https://arkansasrid.org/](https://arkansasrid.org/)

Click "Log In"

Click the "Username or E-mail" and the "Password" field and enter your login information.

Select "Log in" \

\*May have to select it twice it your computer auto fills your saved data\*

Once Logged in select the "Your Account" icon box

Once you are in your account click "Subscriptions"

\*\*\*\*You will most likely come across this page, we are working on resolving this but all you have to do is enter your login information again and log in and then you should be able to access your subscription page. \

Once you can view your subscriptions. Select the 3 dots on the right hand of the subscription information.\

**You may have multiple subscriptions here you will not be able to renew your membership until it is not active. Please only select the subscription that just expired to renew. If you have multiple subscriptions please let us know so we can clean up your account**

Once you select the 3 dots there will be an option to subscribe. Please click "Subscribe"

You will be directed to a payment page. You will see the membership option to the Right of the page and a place to enter your payment information on the left.
***If you have previously purchased something from us and signed up for "Link" you will have an option to enter a code that was sent to your phone number. Once you enter this code it will enter your saved payment information so you do not have to type in your card information.***\

***Once you enter your code you will then be asked to enter the Zip code associated with that card for a second layer of security.***

If you have not used "Link" before or would like to add another card to your link profile you can enter the payment information manually.
Tip! You don't have to just use your credit or debit card; you can also link your bank account information and may also have the option to use Google or Apple Pay!
Alert! The next step is completing payment. DO NOT click "Sign up" more than once it may look like it is not doing anything but it is processing and there will be a wheel below the "Sign up" to show it is working.

Once you have entered your payment information select "Sign up" to process your payment.\

**Only click once, and the payment processing will take a while. Please do not navigate away from the screen until the next page loads. The next page may be alarming but please continue with the following steps.**

As stated previously this step may take a while to process your payment but please wait until the screen refreshes to a new screen. A way to know that it is successfully processing your payment is to look for the spinning wheel located on the bottom right of the "Sign up" button. \

**The wheel may take a few seconds to appear.**
Alert! DO NOT be alarmed at the next page we are aware of the issue. Your payment most likely went through. Continue to step 16 to verify.

This will be the page that loads after your payment was submitted. We are aware of this issue and are working on resolving this issue.\

**This does not mean your payment did not go through, continue to the next step to verify your subscription**

On the page where it says "Transaction not found" in the top right hand corner select your name
