How to report Soccer Penalties on the CIAC Website as an Official

Visit the CIAC website[[ ]]<https://ciac.fpsports.org/>and log in to your account.
**If you do not have a CIAC login** with the valid email address that is listed on the master list of officials, you need to create an account. To create an account, click "Sign Up." As accounts are being created, Fusion Point will verify each email address and give "Official" access.

Once you are logged in, click here.

Click "Officials"

Click "Cards/Ejections"

Choose "Boys Soccer Penalty" or "Girls Soccer Penalty." Soccer officials are required to report all red and yellow cards in **Varsity games** which they officiate.

Choose the intended school. For purposes of this demonstration, "Amity" will be the school of choice.

Click "Add New"

Fill out the date of which the penalty occurred.

Click the "School" dropdown and select the school from the list.

If no penalties occurred at the game, you are still required to fill out this form. Simply check off the "No Penalty to Report" box and click save at the bottom right of the tab.**[[If]]there are penalties to report from the game, disregard this step.**

**If there are penalties to report**, please click the position dropdown and choose the position.

In the "Name" section, please type out the full First and Last name of the individual who received the penalty.

In the "Official's Name (who issued card)" section, please type out the full First and Last name of the Official who issued the penalty.

Click the "Type" dropdown.

Select the type of penalty that was issued from the list.

Please write a detailed explanation of the penalty that occurred.

Click this dropdown and select "Official."

Write your full First and Last Name here.

Click "Save" to finish the report!
